BOYNE scenic chairlift rides offer a special experience for those less apt to strap on snow skis or a board to hit the slopes during the winter season. The panoramic views of the colorful leaves, blue waters, and the lush green grounds make for a beautiful backdrop to any summer or fall vacation. Chairlift rides will begin Memorial Day Weekend at Boyne Mountain. Ride hours are Fridays: 4pm - 9pm, Saturdays: 12pm - 9pm and Sundays: 12pm - 4pm. Boyne Highlands in Harbor Springs also offers rides Saturdays from
5pm - 7pm.

Offering self-guided tours daily, or guided tours by appointment, this French Renaissance castle is a northern Michigan tourist destination. Pack a picnic to enjoy on the lawn, and be sure to check out their giant chessboard (with 60 pound kings)! Hours and pricing vary.
